Michael Moore can't believe Bernie Sanders told Elizabeth Warren that a woman couldn't be president, expressed his despair and disbelief that the candidate would promote such a "malicious lie" about Sanders.

What are the facts here?

What did Bernie Sanders say, when, where? Was it in public, on air, at a speech, or in a private conversation? If in a private conversation, with whom, and who is reporting it now?

Why's it so hard to accept that Sanders is a scumbag just like all the other scumbags? How do you tell when a politician is lying? His mouth is moving. Did you seriously think that didn't apply to a politician you like? The man who never had a job until he was 40? The man who was kicked out of a hippie commune for being too lazy? The man who thought Cuba and the Sandanistas could teach America a lesson? The man who went to Moscow on his honeymoon? The man who kept a Soviet flag on the wall of his office?

When asked about Nicaragua's notoriously brutal treatment of the Miskito Indians, the Free Press noted that Sanders "attempted to cut off" the line of questioning. (Ted Kennedy called the Sandinistas' crimes against the indigenous Miskitos "unconscionable," "intolerable," and "disturbing," commenting that they were relocated at gunpoint to "forced-labor camps which resemble concentration camps.")

i doubt sanders would say that, he might have said it wpould be tough for a woman to win but why say impossible, other countries have women in top spots. I think liz warren lied. She supported hillary, she supported obama, she is an ex republican, she lied about being pocahontas. Bernie is on an uptick so she throws out a lie to try to hurt him with women.

Sanders did make a compelling case why he wouldn't say that and why it wouldn't make sense. He later conversation on hot mic afterwards was a bit odd though, but I wouldn't call it damming.
