I don't believe he was bought. He was threatened. If you look at him in the audience when Hillary is accepting the DNC nomination, he had a minor bruise on his cheek like someone punched him. He has grandkids. He looked PISSED that day.

if you look closely you can spot the red sniper dot on his forehead the entire time!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it yet another example of the black eye and blood in the eye? It appears to be some kind of calling card that those in the public eye are subjected to.

Eye of Horus, I've heard it called.

But also possible he was just actually physically attacked by some goons too.

Eye of Horus

I bet there's a provocative story behind it being called that.

[–]magnora7 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

I think it's some freemasonry ritual thing, but I don't really know. I bet there is a good story with it

[–]bobbobbybob 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

yep. He was physically hurt, and was in a state of animal fear.

[–][deleted] 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (9 children)

so does he not think they will threaten him again 4 years later? might have agreed to be be bought since then

He was going up against the Clinton machine, which basically took over the entire DNC and gutted it to get her installed as POTUS. That machine mostly fell apart since then. They used almost all the resources of the DNC for one end, and that task failed.

i got a bridge, wanna buy it? DNC is still corrupt. Sure, Hillary isn't running now, but their pal Biden is and they want him in there. I just highly doubt they will allow bernie in, they easily rig their primary. Bernie went along with it once too so what is the risk for them to do it again, he speaks out? Not if they give him money for another lake house. Either the money or him being afraid of his grandkids being killed either way like you said. Why not both, you can't beloieve they threatened and bought him off, let him choose to be killed along with his grand kids, or take $600 k and buy a new home, easy decision huh? So why does he run again, kind of hard being that old with heart problems. Well he gets another pay off, helps his grandkids even more.

Tell us about the bridge already!

You know the lake house thing is entirely fake news, right? His wife's parents died and left them a house in the will. They sold it and bought a cabin on a lake with the money. I've seen a tour of it. It's roomy but it's not a mansion. They bought bigger than they needed because they wanted a family home where the grandkids could come and stay in the summer.

As far as Biden goes, I think Hillary really screwed up the democrat voters. They universally wanted Bernie. There was a lot of behind-the-scenes manipulation with superdelegates and the like, so Hillary got the nomination. I think everyone already kinda thinks Biden will lose, and those that are paying attention knows that he fondles little kids. It'll be interesting to see if the DNC has the cajones to manipulate the outcome again this time and nominate Biden. (Or, as I like to call him, Uncle Touchy.)

Just some numbers to throw around about Biden's popularity. The subreddit /r/sandersforpresident has over 300,000 subscribers and it was much higher than that during the peak of the election. The subreddit /r/hillaryclinton has 30,000. The subreddit /r/joebiden has less than 3,000.

nah wasn't fake news sorry but hey maybe that was just a coincidence, but you believe he was threatened along with his grand kids which seems even more tinfoil but I think both occurred. Payoffs are common in politics, more so that people actually being JFK'd, just because people usually take the bribe.

I also don't think the DNC really minds that much if Trump wins again. They're rich and just want the tax cuts, plus he isn't repealing obamacare which their rich insurance company donors like. I bet Biden is the nominee, and he loses because he won't campaign in the rust belt and also his touching kids videos will get reported by foxnews finally. sub reddits don't matter much tho. Because votes won't really matter in a rigged primary. And biden could get more popular votes than trump but still lose like Hillary did.

The only other data point I can bring into this conversation:

Almost all Congressmen have two houses. One in D.C. and one in their home state. They commute back and forth quite a bit. I believe the current understanding is that Bernie has three. One in D.C., one in Vermont, and then they bought the cabin as a vacation home when her parents died and they inherited another house.

I've been looking into this and people are claiming all kinds of outlandish things with no data to back them up. One guy said he had six "mansions". I'm all for uncovering corruption if it exists. Making up stuff to see if it sticks is not helpful. Let's stick to facts and agree that we all want our government representatives to be answerable to us and free from corruption. Fact checking and doing research is part of that. That's what I do.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

of course MSM won't post any proof of this kind of thing so resorting to the muh data is pointless, better to use common sense and face reality. going back to original meme, everyone has a price = fact

[–]yetanotherone_sigh 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Sure. But I look at people's track record. Bernie has been railing against billionaires for literally decades. I voted for him. I wrote him in after the DNC screwed him. I'd rather throw my vote away than vote for Hilldawg. And I wasn't going to vote for Trump.

I think the only way to know for sure is to go to each county's GIS database in Vermont and try to find out how many houses they actually currently own. A lot of times the news reports when some politician bought another "mansion" in a hit piece, but they don't report that they sold two other houses. Hard to find that data.

[–][deleted] 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

well yeah but track record also is like this original meme, supporting hillary, say she won and was prez, would she "rail against billionaires"? Main reason she lost was people were burnt out by first her husband (nafta) and trhen obama's sellouts, where she was secretary of state so she was part of his admin. Dem has also lost the house in 2010 after people felt betrayed by obama's non stop sellouts. And tbf Bernie criticized a lot of this. So this is why he was so popular in 2016. And still is. He's not a "real democrat", people consider him less corrupt. But let's be honest, dems will rig their primary again. But even if not and he is somehow the candidate against trump, I am not going to get too excited. I'd vote for him but not with a ton of enthusiasm. I know if he is prez he will be selling out first day on the job. He will put goldman sachs guys in his cabinet. He will keep wars going. The mansion thing is too much of a coincidence to me, supports hillary then gets a new house. Whatever tho it's not even my main problem, endorsing Hillary is. If Biden is the 2020 nominee which I bet he is, Bernie will endorse him.
