How many drugs are banned? Yet one call to my mate Dave and he'll get you anything you want.

So you agree they should be illegal? I guess if you like the risk of unknown substances and also the risk of getting caught etc.

It goes beyond my knowledge of policy. I don't do drugs but I like to shoot stuff. Canada's marijuana legalization does present an interesting case-study. TL;DR; illegal companies undercut the legal ones that pay taxes, and the illegal drugs are actually better(according to popular opinion) than the legitimate ones.

Don't quote me on anything, I just look at stock price of publicly listed cannabis companies and read some headlines. They are all racing to the bottom.

That's definitely true, there are many reasons legal weed is more expensive. That's just the price to pay though since it includes regulations etc (and recently they found illegal weed had pesticides which can be harmful), and IMO market will catch up in the next few years and there will be cheaper legal products.
