Why did he refuse to do work?

Anyone know?

He didn't, epic title gore here. We was just visiting and distracting others from their work by talking politics. However he did overstay his welcome...

Who fed him? Who housed him? Who paid for the electricity?

He was a moocher. All socialist societies have huge problems with freeloaders. It's one of the many reasons socialism doesn't work. See: https://pastebin.com/F0WGGewg

The commune did, as they no doubt did for all visitors. He only became a moocher when he tried to stay for more than 3 nights, violating their rules.

Cool link, I'll check it out.
