Well since Article Three, Section Three defines treason you will have to wait until someone does that. But of course treason has nothing to do with being anti-gun. In additional you would have to ignore the Debate Clause (Article One, Section Six, Clause 1).

But I told you all that over on Reddit. If you want to protect the Constitution maybe you ought to give it a read.

The debate clause explicitly protects Congresspersons EXCEPT in the case of Treason so your logic is circular. It’s a desperately deficient canard. Moreover, the clause you site merely refers to being arrested while at work in Congress and is not a general amnesty.

As a former Democrat who voted for Clinton, Gore, and Obama twice, the fact is that the Democrats are on a literal suicide mission that is purely politically based. They put it on the table and they get what they deserve.

Schiff should be arrested for Treason, Felony Theft and Breach of the Peace immediately. The fact is Trump is a wise and empathetic leader. Under almost anyone else he’d already be done.

Well, since treason is defined in the Constitution, you cannot redefine it to mean “not liking guns.” How hard could it be to read the document you wish to defend?
