This is not a subject I know anything about, but I'm suspicious when I hear someone like Cortez promote the government's intrusion into something that I would think should be between an employee and a suitable employer.

Yeah, being pro-socialism is nothing to proud of, at least to anyone familiar with it's history.

How about a mandatory unpaid family leave for good, for all women..I'd get behind that one

at least three to six months. better yet, start paying enough money for the fathers, so that the mothers can stay at home and devote themselves to their families and households. i think that worked the best.

Exactly, when men worked and women stayed at home taking care of kids.

Most men can't afford to have their wife stay at home and raise children.

Whatever happened to supporting family values and letting mothers raise their children, instead of putting children in daycares where they are special to no one?

What can we expect from future generations, if we continue to neglect children in their formative years?
