That was first thought.

My second thought was, it might be true, with the overwhelming majority of the rape victims also being refugees.

Tragedies often create atrocity feedback loops.

The vast majority of them are male. Which may not make a huge difference to Moslems but would cut down on occurrences of rape overall.
