is this the one written by an illegal immigrant in his employ?

edit: three illegal immigrants. https://thehill.com/hilltv/rising/459706-sanders-spokeswoman-says-forthcoming-released-immigration-plan-helped-shaped-by-daca-recipients

relevant legal code: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1324a

so, is bernard sanders breaking the law here, or am i missing something?

and more to the point isn't it also a morally inferior thing to let the ones who directly benefit write the legislation?

its like letting big pharma write the legislation regulating big pharma. too blatant

Snip will not accept delays from Congress, and will not trade limitless and unaccountable funding for border militarization, detention beds, and deportation forces for a deal that has yet to materialize. Bernie will use the constitutional authority vested in the president to take bold and necessary executive action if Congress fails to enact the commonsense immigration reforms supported by the vast majority of Americans.

He promises an immediate moratorium on deportations. Trump clutching pearls. Congress should have changed the law. Cowards never win.
