You're wrong. Have you been living under a rock for the past 4 years? The whole point of this so-called "hate crime" bullshit is for Jews to pass legislation that prevents people they don't like (those guilty of "hate crime") from buying guns, then eventually for it to be acceptable to kill all white people.
