The meme seems accurate. Free people use common sense, respect, and critical thinking skills among other traits to self-determine what is, or what isn't appropriate.

NPC's, and sheeple need security to rule their lives; which are trademarked not with self-determination=freedom, but instead with commands, rituals, and whatever else is necessary so they never have to think. They are genetic slaves; void of original thought; I don't know if you could even teach them to critically think.
