Oh man. They're coming up on Episode 400 this week. I would recommend starting with some of their older stuff because they do reference some inside jokes occasionally. Overall, they're hilarious. Their TV show was great too. If you like D&D they do a hugely successful and funny podcast on that too called The Adventure Zone. I'm always amazed at how many people know and listen to TAZ but don't listen to MBMBaM.
