There is nothing they can do. Before torrents got big. Everyone was using ftp. If they block torrents. People will simply start using other solutions.
You can't lock up bits in a vault and put armed guards around it. Information wants to be free because it doesn't cost anything. We are not stealing your gold we are using our gold.
