Oh that's nothing. We've advanced the art of obesity to its rare pinnacle where the fattest of the fat need repurposed battery-powered forklifts to assist them in their day-to-day exploits; food shopping, dining at the all-you-can-eat gourmet trough, and visiting high fashion designers of tents, tarps, and mumus for the fashionably corpulent.
Clearly the fine art of personal distension and high protuberance had not yet reached its zenith in the 1800s if that was the best they could manage.
