I remember when I grew a giant beetroot I was really proud of and when I cut into it out was actually a giant woody radish.

That's it? My mother planted a pumpkin in the backyard of my grandmothers house. The thing was so large the neighbors kids hurdled the fence to get an up close look at the thing. Scared the crap out of her to see them in her backyard even at night.
