Our corn is just fine. Maybe that's why so many lefties want to move here and vote wrong.

It seems like you're looking for signs of the apocalypse. I haven't seen much corn in the stores, but we're getting around the time for cheap corn. I did get an early batch a month ago or so, and they were delicious. Some rotting on the tips but that's not especially new. Produce looked better pre -covid across the board

We also received a batch of fresh corn about a month ago, and my opinion was like yours, thinking the taste was excellent. The corn was a gift, which we paid nothing for, grown in Arkansas. There was no rotting and no missing kernels. The quality was good. But that was before the excessive heat and lack of rain with drought conditions.

Yes, I have been looking for the signs of the times, trying to warn others, preparing for the worst, but hoping for the best because of my faith in the Savior of the world, and I also desire that all men will share the same hope.

I actually prayed for you and Gizmo specifically, that you would receive provision, even if we do have famine. There is power in prayer, and I hope my prayers for you manifest.

Thank you, that means a lot to me. I guess I might seem like a godless heathen to some but that's not the case. You and yours are in my prayers as well, you seem like a good man.

I don't mean to offend you with blasphemy, but I feel like the teachings of god that have been recorded by man are corrupted. We see the rot of greed and selfishness and power all around, it seems ... naive to assume the words of god haven't been likewise affected.

You are right. Man has corrupted God's word for filthy money, for greed, for pride, to exalt himself above God... And that is why I do not go to a man-made church.

One night soon after I turned away from sin and believed that Jesus died on the cross so I may be reconciled to God, I had a dream with words in it:

I Am in a place that cannot be found, a place not made by man's hands.

Later, I read basically the same thing in the Bible:

Hebrews 9:24 For Christ *is not entered into the holy places made with hands*, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us...

So I believed God spoke to me in that dream, to encourage me to look for him outside of the man-made churches, which are built by the hands of men, and look for him in his word and in his spirit, which dwells inside the heart of man.

Remember: It was the religious people in Jerusalem that crucified Jesus. They had the scriptures, went to a temple (a church building), and yet they killed the man who came to save them. So if you are wary of religious people and religious buildings, you do well.

I have no particular affinity for Jesus. The whole concept seems idolatrous. They're mere men.

Our corn grew just fine thank you. Now if we could just build a wall around the South and keep all the useless eaters and lefties out we'll be good.
