the reason why I got from obese to almost overweight (currently) is because I eat half a candy bar for one day, and save the other half for later. My father even told me to do that to Lion bars and British Cadbury bars. Sadly, the only way for me to buy those chocolate, including Fifth Avenue bars is buying them in a big pack :(.

Here is an idea, don't eat chocolate (Or any high sugar food).

I love chocolate, but I can't eat most of it because of all the processed crap in it. Usually some milk with cocoa gives me the fix if I have any cravings.
