That's an Indian Taiwanese mountain oolong, Jin Xuan, on the left. Don't ask me how that works. It's really good though. Strong, makes a good breakfast tea.

The right is also Jin Xuan, but from China, also exceptional.

Wife suspiciously asked why I brewed two cups of tea. I said don't worry, one is for the masseuse. Crazy woman, all suspicious I'm going to drink too much caffeine.

You can wait till they droop to water, people say that makes the peppers spicier. Plants survive drought a lot better than over watering too.
