A funny thing is they used to try and get these fat guys on sports teams because the idea was they could just run over the other team.

Fat people back then were probably quite fit compared to now because they had to walk most places and do manual work.

They still do that. When someone outweighs you significantly, it's difficult to do anything meaningful physically against them.

He doesnt look like royalty so probably didnt get that size by sitting around and doing nothing. He certainly didnt get that size by eating the modern diet of nothing but overly processed, fatty food either.
