I don't think soylent and soy are the same things ...

Soy protein isolate is the third ingredient, so it does contain a bit.

19g of protein though, and mint chocolate chip flavored. Can people taste that good? If you remove the prion issue, doesn't that mean we help with decreasing the population?

Soy is actually pretty good for you; the idea of soyboys is a political meme and not a scientifically-supported conclusion.

Meta-analyses such as Reid et al. 2021 indicate that soy and isoflavone consumption do not impact testosterone or estrogen levels in men, even at high dosages exceeding what's found in a typical East Asian diet. Clinical studies like Beaton et al. 2008 show no effect from soy protein isolates on sperm count in healthy men. This shows that fears that soy might feminize you are at the very least over-exaggerated and possibly even completely false for normal amounts of soy consumption.

In contrast, many other foods that "soyboy"-mockers are fine with consuming, like dairy milk, may have a far greater feminizing effect. Milk is excreted by pregnant cows and contains estrogen. Consuming milk is associated with significant increases in estrogen counts and decreases in testosterone counts. (Maruyama et al. 2010)

So why do "soyboys" act the way they do and support far-left ideas? It's because they've been influenced by political ideas and not because they've been feminized by soy. As a case in point, the most conservative South Korean Christians and Japanese Nationalists routinely consume soy-based products, and they have not become "soyboys".

The problem with soybeans is their high glyphosate content.

This is one of those topics with peripheral interest, but not enough to go full research mode. Have you seen the studies that seem (or at least are claimed to) show feminization based on soy consumption?

Drinking just two cups of soymilk or eating one cup of tofu produces blood levels of isoflavones that can be 500 to 1,000 times higher than typical estrogen levels in women.

I'm not afraid I'm going to grow tits, but I would like to maintain my body in its proper male state. Not sure if related, but Japanese men are not exactly the most 'male' of physical specimens.

Their website says most drinks are made with soy protein. Is that not the soy in question?

Solent Green is a famous book and film notorious for it's twist at the end.

I'm not going to spoil it but it's easy to find if you want to because it's such a trope now.

omg is this real?

Haven't watched the videos, but it appears real. Soylent images match that bottle, and his behavior seems retarded enough.
