I've been really interested in brewing mead lately, send sommadat honey my way for the fall months.

I think mead is about the easiest thing to make, I use Lalvin D-47 and Wyeast 4184 . I go for 10.70 The worse part is waiting at least 8 months so I make two 5 gallon batch's.
