Pay people.

Restrict porn.

Whip adulterers.

I mean if you look at hunter/gatherer societies then people try to have 1-3 kids just like modern families. Human kids need a lot of investment over many years and it's just easier if you have a couple of kids to give them all the attention they need.

Big families are only useful in agricultural societies where every extra kid is a free farm hand.

Having many kids is also useful in a demographic war like we are having in every western country thanks to the ((())).

I'd say quality over quantity still wins out. Especially now unskilled work is almost all minimum wage and so much power rests on having a good grasp of both tech and language.

Not in democracy. Maybe if this slow genocide of whites turns into a hot war. But not until then. It doesn't matter how qualified your kids are when they won't be allowed to succeed because of the color of their skin. And realistically there is very little you can do with 2 kids that you can't do with 10. They will not be more intelligent just because they had more hugs and better clothes, that is not how it works. Realistically the more kids you have the more likely you will have 2 brilliant ones rather than trying to overcome the genetic limitations of the first two.
