She says a man with the keys to their house used to take her to sadistic parties involving rape, torture & murder, routinely filmed for blackmail purposes & Marc Dutroux drugged the kids. The interviewing police believed her were taken off the case. She was not called to testify at his 2004 trial.

and this is only skimming the surface. something like 35 people connected to the case died 'accidentally." the police lost evidence and bungled/obstructed the investigation so colossally that people took to the streets by hundreds of thousands in protest. ETA: numbers
