Question- What is a good podcast/youtube/text breakdown of Operation Monarch?

Basically what the title states. Looking for a good breakdown of the history and development of the alleged Project Monarch so I can collect some information to start studying more in-depth.

Project Monarch was part of Project MKUltra.

I saw that Minds of Men on my Youtube feed, I was scared about the almost 4-hour length, bu it looks like a very professional video, will definitely take the time to go through it.
