Victory anyways as the author states. They exist. I always doubted this because i believed somebody destroyed them.

I hope they won't be hidden behind this bs until all lolita express passengers are dead though.

It makes sense that the records will be kept secret. CIA and FBI can now use them like Epstien was to blackmail people in positions of power. You never know who you will need to do what!

If you make the list public you loose the advantage and hold. Also most of these people would end up in jail (you would think anyway?!?) and you would have a whole new generation of people take over the reins and who knows what you're going to get with them. Better the wolfs you know right?

In 20 years + when these people are out of power and/or dead they will release the records.
