Zip ties on rear passenger door means a your car has been marked and your children and/or smaller women have been targeted for abduction and sex trafficking. The guy who marks it won't be the abductor. (Learned last night at a meeting - and that Windsor, Ontario has a lot of missing women.)

Reminds me of the urban legend that if you flash your lights at a car without their lights on they will kill you as part of a gang initiation rite.

It doesn't make much sense to execute a kidnapping ring this way imo.

I mean, I wouldn't because it's evil, but I'm sure there's big bucks in human trafficking.
