Zip ties on rear passenger door means a your car has been marked and your children and/or smaller women have been targeted for abduction and sex trafficking. The guy who marks it won't be the abductor. (Learned last night at a meeting - and that Windsor, Ontario has a lot of missing women.)

One time I came home to find twigs stuck in both of the locks on my front door, I wonder if it was a similar thing. My boyfriend and dog were both away at the time.
