What is the solution to the problem of habitually violent and disruptive students attacking other children and destroying the classroom environment? We can all agree that "arresting" them is stupid. But what is the actual solution?

It seems to me that the only rational thing to do is to remove those kids from the classroom and separate them into either their own schools that are structured differently to deal with them, or into some kind of new reform program.

It has become clear that the experiment of mixing these kids into the general population in hopes that they would conform to the social norms of that environment has failed. Not only that, but it causes great harm to all the other kids in that classroom. It is literally like taking a barrel of rotten apples and spreading out the apples to all the other barrels in hopes that the rot will go away.

Christian education and home schooling is where it's at. Also, there are some good private and catholic schools that don't suffer from this problem.
