Well, as someone who also has fluctuation emotional moods due primarily to a bipolar disorder, i find i have to be more intentional and aware of what places me in emotional distress. You just have to pay attention to yourself and what causes your emotions to shift. Try to accept your menatal state, so you are working with yourself and your emotions and not against them.

Very True, surrender and acceptance is really important. As fighting and retaliating will only aggravate the issue.
