I have been, but that is not actually up to me as I am not the owner. There were a lot more admins around until recently, and they didn't ban him either.

If it were up to me though, I wouldn't ban him. Even if he's being "annoying", he is a real user, and isn't simply spamming the exact same thing over and over in giant bold letters.

Thats false, they did ban him. But people make new alts. The way he posts has never been allowed

I'll let you in on a secret: the object of the game is to trigger snowflakes like you with content I know doesn't break any rules, thats why the news stories are so perfect. I score a point every time one of you gets upset about something stupid.
