I don't like most of them, but I think it is worth enumerating the few free speech forums that I know of.

Very NSFL post

I've seen so much of this kind of thing from Mexico, that only Brazil gives them competition. You're aware of the cartels, but they may be a little more active than you're expecting if you're still planning on moving there.

Be warned that video features cartel body chopping, and even modern scum might be preferable. Something to keep in mind.

I just removed a link. It is a liberal forum that used to have free speech, but I just posted there and my post was removed. This was only the liberal forum left that supported free speech. Now there are none. All free speech forums now lean right.

If you hadn't blocked me, I could ask what you posted, ask more about the liberal forum, ask what constitutes a liberal forum, ask if you consider any voluntaryist forums, and ask if /s/Cassy should consider creating a liberal forum as well as a voluntaryist forum, just to have the option for folks.
