Homosexuality is God's punishment for mistranslating the Torah. Leviticus 18:22 is ambiguous. It is usually translated "You are not to sleep with a man as with a woman; it is detestable.". But the word "as" doesn't really appear in the Hebrew, so it could just as will be translated "You are not to sleep with a man with a woman; it is detestable.". In other words, 2 men with 1 woman. Assuming both translations are possible, which do you choose? You must choose the one that makes sense, and only the second translation makes logical sense because it causes uncertain paternity, while homosexuality doesn't seem cause anything.

What happens when you punish homosexuality? You force homosexuals to act like heterosexuals which causes them to reproduce. So punishing homosexuality actually causes more homosexuality, while tolerating homosexuality reduces homosexuality (over generations). The lesson here is to not punish things if you can't see the harm they cause. Because Christians and other religious people refuse to use their brain, they inadvertently increase homosexuality and other repulsive behavior.
