Yes, much like gold. Has no value.

Not like gold because there aren't other precious metals with the properties of gold, while there are other cryptos with the properties of Bitcoin. As a non-productive asset, gold just holds its value. Productive assets like stocks increase in value. Bitcoin will go to zero when the bubble pops.
