Obsession with 100%

97% of people might voluntarily take the COVID vaccine, and this may be far higher than what is needed to reach herd immunity, but this would not be enough for people to feel safe. People would want the number of people vaccinated to be 100%, the number of perfection, and therefore even if 97% of people would voluntarily get a vaccine the people would want a vaccine mandate, to force the other 3% to get it. Why is this?

Because the 3% are heretics.

Because the “3%” of people that didn’t receive the vaccine or refuse to take it were banned from social media for one reason or another (or never participated in it in the first place). So, that 97% that does voluntarily takes it is more like 20%-60% of the total population at most
