Crime is out of control. It must be stopped. The problem is that many crimes go unnoticed and also criminals escape from police. To deal with this there should be an Eagle Police Force. Eagle Police are like regular police, except Eagle Police can run faster, see farther, and aim more accurately. There is no way a criminal can escape from an Eagle Police. If 25%-50% of police are promoted to Eagle Police, we will see the crime rate drop massively.
