I am generally opposed to good Samaritan laws, but I admit there are some good Samaritan laws that I really like. For example, my home city was a very hot dry place, so to prevent people getting dehydrated they had a law where any person can walk into any restaurant or business establishment and ask for water, and they must give him water, and they must give it to him free of charge. I was never charged for tap water in the 20 years I lived there. It was my right. I was entitled to it. I loved the idea that any citizen could walk into a business and force them to give him free water. What do you think of this law?
