This happened five months ago. But, it still shows how ignorant people in authority, or in this case Disney, can be when it comes to using an essentially harmless extract to treat their chronic pain.

It looks like it was illegal until this summer. So hopefully this lady will get off or get it expunged. The damage done to the Disney brand? Priceless.

The charges were dropped some time ago. it would have been foolish to spend money prosecuting a non-crime when CBD, with doctors okay, was about to be legalized, and now is legal in Florida.
