Here we have all the features of the no-fly list, plus a heapin'-helpin' of Chinese "social-credit score".

Of course, nothing's mentioned about actually charging anyone under this bill. The plebs will merely be told they can't [insert normal-sounding constitutionally-protected activity] when they try to do it. Just like those 'troublemakers' who can't board the planes now.

There's an important distinction here. Because if anything was dredged up (or made up) during this "behavioral assessment" that was actually chargeable, then you would have the right to:
1. Know the evidence against you.
2. Confront opposition 'witnesses'
3. Have a right to a lawyer, at .gov expense if necessary.

No; you won't be 'charged', just 'ajudicated' in a "civil, administrative" process, "safe" from review by pesky media. Maybe they'll have an appeals route you can take, after 10-15 years of lawsuits by the ACLU.

The collapse of the US just boggles the mind.

The USA is a prison, but Americans would rather party instead of escaping or protesting.

Americans just change history to fit their narratives.

Nazis scream Hitler was just a victim with a weak military and the USSR had a huge army.

Commies swear that Stalin never had anyone killed.

American traitors who love the police state insist that the USA always had TSA groping.

Racists say that the US never had black people before today.

The US feels like an alternate universe now.

Disgusting.
