He says he doesn't know this specific case. And while it's being a bit pedantic, who can say that the child haven't been purposefully infected with a biological weapon or have bombs or drugs sown into her without knowing the case?

Only those whose arguments are "people wouldn't do that."

People wouldn't use children as weapons (ex. suicide bombers) or living things as suitcases (cavity drug smuggling animals).
