I tried Durian for the first time in Thailand. Definitely a very strong smell but I actually liked it, I recommend giving it a shot if you get the chance.

The article didn't mention Durian's supposed aphrodisiac effects. Many times in SE Asian night markets I have seen men in pajamas looking for the perfect Durian.
