Instead of banning the guns, why don't they focus on educating or helping the people to make sure they don't get into a situation where they need to use it for bad things?

There is a difference between taking away one's ability to cause chaos and teaching one not to cause chaos.

The most important thing we need to teach people is to CO-EXIST. If we can get people to stop hating those who are different from each other, half the world problems would go away.

The police can't stop an intruder, mugger, or stalker from hurting you. They can pursue him only after he has hurt or killed you. Protecting yourself from harm is your responsibility, and you are far less likely to be hurt in a neighborhood of gun-owners than in one of disarmed citizens - even if you don't own a gun yourself.

Try "Missing Person", short of evidence of a crime, if someone's missing, unless you 'matter'(money, and power), then there's very little done by the police. People need to learn to fend from themselves; "mayberry" only worked within small parameters, lol.

You'll be wiretapped if you make a phone call and tracked by license plate readers if you drive.

If you go to a baseball game or Disneyland, you'll need to give your fingerprints, be molested, and be made to carry a microchip.

We're all slaves living in a prison.
