Very interesting, thank you. But I do note this is clearly a genetically engineered virus, not the one in the wild.

So they claim.
My suspicion is that this genetically engineered virus language is an attempt to convolude such promising results, and present them as questionable/unreproducible. This should be front page news in every major news paper, but it wasn't. This seems to suggest that this info may be intentionally suppressed. The avg cancer treatment costs $300,000, so there is a financial incentive to ignore this. This could also affect vaccine sales.
There is a long (anecdotal) documented history (prevaccination era) of children having tumors, and then contracting measles and having the tumors disappear.
This wasn't a random/lucky coincidental cure.
The article was titled. "Measles Virus Wipes Out Golf-Ball-Sized Cancer Tumor In 36 Hours".
The experiment was performed by the Mayo Clinic.
