Did he know? I was surprised to find out that Lori Loughlin's daughter didn't even know her mom had bribed whoever to get her in there, and was doubly upset because she didn't want to go to a university in the first place. I can't believe they spent $500k, there must be better ways to spend that kind of money, if you're intention is to make sure your kid is successful.

a kid, I can buy not knowing what their parents do. young, stupid. I guess maybe William H didn't know and that is what I am asking about. Lori's husband knew and is also charged, William H is not though. He might have known but prosecuters have no evidence of him knowing like they do with Felicity. I googled it and it looks like no one knows for certain.

William H Macy probably doesnt monitor how his wife spends her money, and he wouldn't want to, because much of the time it would things like clothing herself, Starbucks, maybe the car she drives, things she does with her girl friends, lots of "noise", so her having spent $15k on a college bribe could have gone under the radar.

Then again, maybe he knew, but there is no paper trail linking him to it, thus no criminal charge.
