It's been falling since after the 2016 election. Which to me just shows how many political agendas were being pushed through it.

So there's a good chance we'll probably see an upswing in the near future as 2020 campaigns gets into full swing and start spreading its tentacles across the Internet.

You mean once the candidates’ campaigns start astroturfing?

Bingo

No, no. Once civic-minded individuals across our great nation turn to social media to engage in thoughtful discussion on the benefits and drawback of each of the well-qualified candidates running for election.

Stop banning subs to please globalist advertisers and investors. Let more conservatives be allowed to speak without being banned.

the most recent wave of sub bans. ontop of banning any account for even describing that video. is what finally pushed me to stop lurking and make an account here.

same. feeling a kind of lack of engagement or joy when on reddit now, because you know it's censored and engineered. i mean, there always was elements of this, through users pushing their agenda or otherwise, but now it's patently clear investors and advertisers have the final say of what should be and what shouldn't be posted. pretty slimy if you ask me.

Just deleted my reddit account to remake it here. it sucks but its clear people aren't welcome there anymore.

I just did the same, it's apparent they are going to collapse in the near future if they keep pushing themselves in this "family friendly" direction.

Same. Deleted my account yesterday. Sick of reddit's bullshit.

Yes, let the representative voices of such beacons of conservative thought as /incels and /coontown ring out. Let us see them for who they really are. Sunshine is the best disinfectant.

Conservatards have dozens and dozens of subs to speak in.

IPO

What does that mean?

Initial Public Offering. Basically, reddit wants to sell its shares on a stock market to raise money. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/

It barely worth anything though for a nation like China/Tencent. America is in debt to them trillions.

This is what confuses me, Reddit, is up there with all the 'tech giants', I guess because of their unique style of forum software/environment(I'm still not used to it, lol). So they're up there, and needing control so bad they take plays on how to do it from proverbial 3rd grade play books???? Resulting in other forums using reddit opensource software to beat them at their own game??? It does seem a little too easy?

I mean, everything is still routed through basically what less than 20 DNS servers??? Am I wrong that any operating system out there today has backdoors programmed into them? I would think computer communications can be slowed, interrupted, altered, and more. I think from a technology standpoint they could shut down dissent before it even began, and even have an excuse for shutting it down after the fact, one which people would buy.

Forget computers for a moment, and lets think of the area the cabal has always dominated, the mind. These guys have not decades, but literal hundreds of years, or more worth of psychological playbooks. Jedi mind tricks aren't fairy tales; they're knowing what buttons to push, which one not to, and when to 'feather' it a little. What angle are they using to come at us now, or why aren't they?

Just interesting I guess.

I worry that any social media sites that get big enough to draw serious advertising dollars will go the same way. They all start favouring censorship that supports the political goals of the advertisers.

Not surprised, honestly.

Gotta love how the market tried to follow the trends and turn memes into advertisements. Fuck you reddit.

[–]sameasmyvoat 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

They areb't even that high, they count per ip while people travel so a single user can be 500 hits a day if they have notifications on. Same with google, every update for every email counts as a hit. Correct me fif I'm wrong. New guy btw.

[–]ctrlaltdelete 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

All the ads, forcing me to the new design, banning subreddits, mods banning for a month for “trolling” when the truth is too hard for them to read, monetization of the user made “silver,” Stupid pop-ups to use their fucking app... I’m disgusted by what the site has become... and it’s funny how saidit likes to post anything negative or reddit... really following in their footsteps aye guys? You sure are.
