How is it trump was in trouble for paying the cutn but the cunt never went to court for extortion, as I understand extortion is illegal.

The idea was that the transaction itself wasn't illegal. It was said to be illegal by using it to help the campaign.

What I recall reading was Trump paid Stormy Daniels to keep quiet and as I understand extortion is illegal. Amerian laws and politics can be confusing to us non Americans.

Supposedly, Trump was being proactive in offering Stormy Daniels the money to sign an NDA. She didn't try to shake him down.
