No amount of money / material wealth and compensations can ever fully replace a cherised life that was murdered.

The corrupt rulers /establishments need to held in check by neighbourhood sentries / vigilantes / heroic rebels, to prevent more unjust murders/rapes/thefts done by the establishment for the sake of their tyrannical pride & greed.

Nothing says justice than taking taxpayer money and giving it as a settlement on behalf of the county.
