This is gonna be a fairly hot take I suppose, but I was never too concerned about illegal immigrants from Mexico or central America. They come in, do some cheap labor and try to work their way up, send their kids to community college of the can, good old American Dream stuff for the most part.

But these people coming in from Africa, the Middle East and god know's where else, that's much more worrying. Because 1) why the fuck are they here? None of those places are within walking distance, so it seems like something weird is going on, and 2) I have doubts about their values being close enough to our own to integrate into American society.
