I was also reading they were doing simulated live-fire exercises, with automatic gunfight noises. Perhaps to train the populace to become accustomed to these noises as well... I also heard about these booms and gun fight noises coming from Houston in addition to LA.

I also read they were doing practice drills around the central bank buildings.

Sounds like the elites are planning to send the 99% to the concentration camps when the US Ponzi economy collapses.
