Yes. I’m in Maryland. It was foggy all yesterday and today. A reminder that we are at natures mercy.

Did you wear a respirator? It's temporary but the health benefits could be life long.

could, but won't. God made us able to reject surprising amounts of nastiness in our phlegm

God helps those who help themselves. If you don't value and respect your body don't expect God to take care of it for you.

Phlegm gets swallowed allong with all the pollutants it catches.

Where do I get a respirator from?

Home depot, lowes, menards, amazon

Sure. Then the acid in your gut rips it all to atoms and you're golden.

Not how it works. Digestion, especially in the stomach, is not complete. And even then it would not be atoms, but amino acids.

But you can't break down tar and other toxic things that are created by fire. If that were possible then nothing would ever be toxic to humans.

Entire parasites are able to survive intact to infect humans through ingestion.

Not to mention a lot of that smoke is getting in your lungs.

It literally takes the cancer out of your lungs and reduces it to quarks bro.

A few relatives in New York who keep in touch with me say it's real, but I haven't experienced it myself nor do I believe them. Not simply because I haven't seen it myself, but because they're pathological liars.

We don't see it here but the maps online (NYT has one) say we're breathing it all the same.

Are you dying from blood clots, stroke or heart failure yet?
