Malicious to who?
The workers who gripe would gripe about anything. The workers who laugh will be fine. The managers will have to manage. All they have to do is punch the clock and not get fired.

Who isn't a ESG corporation? They use mafia tactics, companies HAVE to adhere.

The only way the free market can overcome this is if being a ESG company makes you loose so much money that every company just stops adhering to ESG and their mafia tactics don't work anymore.
