I don't know, just copy-pasted community note for those who won't bother to click. The most important thing imho is that this is not "breaking news", but news from 2020 misleadingly repackaged by Matt Wallace.

    How did Baker, the medical examiner, know that Floyd was restrained by the police? He looked at paperwork from the medical staff who treated Floyd, as well as the police reports and videos of the incident. His report says there were no injuries found that caused Floyd's death and he made his diagnosis based partly on information found outside of the physical examination of Floyd's body.
